DIGITAL PRINTING
We use a Digital method called Digitex, Images or logos are printed onto a stretch vinyl using a high end Inkjet printer & then the shape of the logo is cut out using a vinyl cutter. These are then heat pressed onto the garment, cap or any item that can be heat pressed.
This method is very suitable for small orders as no setup costs are involved, except possibly an artwork charge.
The other advantage is that any number of colours can be used. Photos or any image generated in a computer will work. The file should either be a vector image or have a resolution of 300dpi.
The quality of the print is superb & washability is as good as screenprinting.
A disadvantage is that all the print must sit on top of solid Vinyl as illustrated here.
