SCREEN PRINTING
Screenprinting starts with artwork,which is normally done on a computer, then transferred to film & then exposed onto a screen for printing.
Anything over 1 colour requires seperate film & screens, eg. a 4 colour print requires 4 film separations & 4 screens.
Each colour is separated & printed onto film as illustrated below.
This method can be costly if you only require a few shirts.
Digital printing or computer cut Vinyl may be more suitable for small quantities.
Screenprinting is very ecocnomical for medium to large print runs & will endure many years of washing.
